At Lotus Flower Candle Collective, we pack every order with care—and intention. To reduce waste and honor the earth, your purchase may arrive in a gently reused box. We promise: what’s inside will be worth the unwrapping.

✦ Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/PO Box addresses. Please allow additional transit time for non-contiguous destinations.

✦ Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday Monday will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note: transit time begins once your order is handed to the carrier and does not include processing time.

✦ Shipping Notifications

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

✦ Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $75 → $7.50 flat rate

  • Orders $75+ → Free standard shipping


⚠️ Important Shipping Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered packages once scanned by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly for help with locating or holding deliveries.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
    We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for errors in address entry or deliveries to locations deemed unsafe for unattended drop-off.

Consider shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened, and unworn items in original packaging.

✦ How to Start a Return

  • Email us at lotusflowercandlecollective@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You will be issued a Return Identification Number (RIN).

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your RIN.

Returns requested after 7 days may be eligible for store credit or exchange only—no refunds.

✦ Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any customs, duties, or taxes incurred (for both outbound and return shipments)

These costs will be deducted from your refund total.

✦ Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 10 business days and notify you via email.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.


🚫 Return Policy Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that:

  • Are returned without a valid RIN

  • Appear worn, used, or damaged

  • Are outside the stated return window
